  • Located in the westernmost and highest part of the Pohorje mountain range. Pine forests that hide Pohorje’s hardy mountain farms stretch right to the peaks, and the alpine meadows become outstanding ski slopes in winter. Snow covers the meadows as early as November and disappears only in late spring. The longest trail is 1,400m long and drops 500m in altitude.

  • Impressive, mainly intermediate ski resort near Kranj and Ljubljana, between 1,450m and 1,971m altitude. During the ski season, the snow is guaranteed for 100 skiing days. The skiing extends across 106 hectares, 56 hectares of which have been converted into ski-slopes with a combined length of around 35 km. On 90% of the ski-slopes and on the cross-country ski-course, natural snow is backed up by artificial snow.

  • Small ski resort in 770m - 1,125m altitude near Solcava in Logarsko dolino valley, in the heart of the Savinjske Alps, encircling it with peaks more than 2,000m high. Plenty of off-slope diversions: you can take sleigh rides, go paragliding above the valley alone or in tandem with professional instructors, climb frozen waterfalls and the practice artificial wall, or watch dog sled competitions.

  • Very extensive ski resort near Maribor, Slovenia’s second largest city, located in Slovenia’s north-eastern corner. 64km of well-groomed trails of all grades, served by 20 lifts. Mariborsko Pohorje is famous for its traditional Golden Fox Trophy, the annual World Cup women’s alpine skiing competition held in early January. The area is lit for night skiing, and its illuminated 5km ski run is the longest in Europe. 336m - 1,347m altitude.

  • 12km of mainly intermediate, tree-lined slopes, an excellently equipped recreation center, a natural climatic health resort, everything conveniently located in one place, 1,517m altitude - this is the Rogla Olympic and Ski Center, a white paradise in winter. On 90 hectares of natural and artificial snow, the whole family can enjoy winter’s pleasures as can top skiers and snowboarders, even competition level experts. For more than a decade, Rogla has been the venue for FIS and European Cup competitions.

The high plateau is sprinkled with herdsmen’s huts and holiday cabins. Offering 6km of mild, wide-open, treeless slopes, great for carving and snowboarding. 1,420m - 1,666m altitude.

  • Nestled on the first mountain barrier above the Adriatic Sea, substantially more snow falls here than anywhere else of similar altitude in the Alps. The high mountain setting and the extraordinary panoramas over the surrounding area - the resort lies in Triglav National Park above Lake Bohinj - give Vogel a special attraction. The abundant sun, outstanding views, and attractive, well-groomed trails are certain to bring many beautiful moments. In good weather and suitable conditions, experts will relish the opportunities for off-piste skiing. 18km of trails of all grades, 570m - 1,800m altitude.

  • 20 hectares of skiing and snowboarding terrain serviced by 5 lifts, spread across the Karavanke Mountains, in 1,088m - 1,704m altitude. Due to its shaded location, skiing is possible here until late spring, and the surrounding peaks offer unforgettable ski touring opportunities. In the immediate vicinity of the ski area, a sledding trail has been arranged from the top of the old Ljubelj/Loibl Pass road.

  • A narrow valley situated between the Julian Alps and the Karavanke, in the utmost Northwestern part of Slovenia, close to our borders with both Austria and Italy. 30km of mostly intermediate slopes serviced by 23 lifts. 800m - 1,623m altitude. Beginners and recreational skiers will enjoy the slopes and trails in Kranjska Gora, Mojstrana, Gozd Martuljek, and Planina pod Golico, while the Podkoren trail is more demanding. The best skiers in the world compete annually on this run for the Vitranc Trophy in World Cup men’s giant slalom and slalom races.
