Hafjell Alpinsenter
Ski resort close to Lillehammer, Norway. Hosted the Olympics in 1994. 29 mainly beginner to intermediate runs and 13 lifts provide good skiing below the treeline. The lower part of the facility is floodlit during the evenings three times each week. Skiing under the stars here is an experience not to be missed.
Hallingskarvet
6 nice, long, treed but fairly wide and steep slopes located 40km from Geilo ski resort. Altitude ranging 735m to 1,235m, 500m of vertical drop, longest run 3km. 3 efficient lifts, snowmaking, night skiing. Terrain park for snowboarders.
Hemsedal
By all means Norway's best Alpine resort with some quite challenging slopes, and mountains with a slightly Alpine feel. Impressive snow reliability because of northerly location, increasing amounts of convenient slope-side accommodation. Weekend lift lines. Limited apres-ski during the week, and rowdy at weekends. North-west of Oslo, west of Lillehammer. 670m - 1,455m altitude, 42km of pistes of all grades, 16 lifts.
Hovden
14km of slopes at 822m - 1,175m altitude. 16 nicely wooded, gentle trails, 5 lifts. Tusseland is a separate resort's spot for children and beginners where play and laugher are important ingredients. There is a half-pipe, big-jump and funboxes too.
Hurdal
Ski and snowboarding area totalling 10 trails of all grades on 7km of slopes, serviced by 4 lifts. Mostly wide-open, well-groomed terrain with mild 260m vertical rise. Located 40km from Gardermoen and 30km from Eidsvoll, Norway.
Kongsberg
A cosy Norwegian intermediate ski resort 40km from city of Drammen, with 9 runs of 10km of skiable length and 5 lifts. There is night skiing, snowmaking and snowboarding terrain park. Slopes are mild, hidden among trees. Very low altitude 270m - 600m.
Kvitfjell
Rather extensive ski & snowboard area 10km from Ringebu, Norway. The hills of Kvitfjell are a challenge for everyone and are frequently used by some of Norway’s top skiers. Two express chair lifts take you to the top with 18 different slopes with everything from steep black runs to family friendly slopes. Altitude 185m - 1,020m.

Lillehammer
Marvellous skiing terrain and good, cold winters are the stuff of successful winter holidays. The Lillehammer mountains are so well-located that network of skiing trails alone will proved you with suitable challenge, situated at about 850m altitude and 15-20km town centre. Hafjell is the largest Alpine facility in Lillehammer Ski Resorts, and is located just north of Lillehammer.
Lom - Jotunheimen
Located roughly mid-way between Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim, 1 1/2 hours to the fjords, 1 1/2 hours to Geiranger and 5 hours to Oslo, Trondheim and Bergen. Lom and Jotunheimen offer good opportunities for glacier real-snow skiing in summer as well as in winter. "Galdhøpiggen Sommerskisenter" (at 1,850m-2,200m altitude) offers Norway's best snow for summer skiing from the beginning of June until the end of October.
Lommedalen
A tiny local ski area with nursery slope. Good for families with kids and never-ever-before beginners.
Malselv - Bardufoss
Small family-oriented ski resort located in the middle of Troms, at Bardufoss, Milselv, 5min drive form Bardufoss airport, northern Norway.
Myrkdalen
In Myrkdalen, 26km north of Voss in the direction of Vik, a new ski-centre is being constructed. The area is almost 100% guaranteed good skiing snow. The first ski lift opened in 2002, a cable stretching 1,450m to the peak of Ondrahaugen. There are three downward runs, a ski-playground for the children and a fully licensed cafe/restaurant.
Narvik
6 km of intermediate skiing with exciting 1,272m vertical drop down to the actual zero sea level. 14 trails, 4 lifts, night skiing, snowboarding and snowmaking among facilities.
Nesbyen
An impressive intermediate ski area of 10 runs and 3 lifts, located in Southern Norway.
A good road network, together with the Bergen railway running between Oslo and Bergen, joins Nesbyen together with the rest of the country. 760m - 1,110m.
Norefjell
23km of mostly intermediate downhill skiing on 19 trails and 10 lifts and with amazing 1,000m+ vertical drop. Located near Gardermoen, Norway.
Oppdal
Big ski area north of all the major Norwegian ski resorts, 150 km from Trondheim Airport Værnes. It has more downhill runs than any other of its rivals(58 km). A to hour car drive or train trip to Oppdal. Total vertical drop is 790 m. 550m - 1,350m.
Peer Gynt Ski Region
The region covers ski resorts of Gala Ski Arena, Espedalen and Fefor with total of 28km of easy and intermediate pistes and 8 lifts. Limited off-piste skiing available. Located 30km from Vinstra. Altitude 315m - 1,065m.

Extensive ski and snowboarding area above Riksgränsen, right on Swedish/Norwegian border line, with fine challenging wide-open slopes especially for intermediates, and with lots of fantastic off-piste powder opportunities. 909m of top elevation.

Small ski area of 10 easy runs with 4 lifts and 500m vertical drop. 130km from Haugesund, Norway. Altitude 800m - 1,300m.
Sauda
Small ski resort located 112km from the Haugesund airport. Featuring 7 intermediate, nicely groomed trails with 4 lifts, with longest run rolling 3km. Night skiing, snowboarding terrain park, extensive snowmaking. 350m - 740m altitude.
Sirdal
Intermediate treeles skiing on 10 runs serviced by 7 lifts 100km from the city og Stavanger, Norway.
Skeikampen
20km of treeles intermediate skiing and snowboarding 38km from Lillehammer, Norway. 21 trails with 323m vertical, serviced by 11 lifts. This is a very safe area for children and a beginner skiers’ paradise. The children have there own playland and ice-skating ring together with ski school activities and games each day. Trysil
Extensive ski & snowboard area on the eastern border with Sweden, 3 hrs drive from Oslo. The most reliable snow cover anywhere in the country.
